Room Move Reasons for Room Upgrades in Guest Self Service

Stay is enhanced to allow users to select a room move reason for room upgrades in the Guest Self Service Setup screen. Based on the reason selected, an indicator is displayed for these reservations in Stay, when a room upgrade is performed from Guest Self Service.

To support this enhancement, a drop-down list, Room Move Reason, is added to the Upgrades & Upsells tab of the Guest Self Service Setup screen below the Section Header field. This is a mandatory single select drop-down list that displays all the active tenant level and property level room move reasons available at the property.
